For our out-of-town Registered-Plus users, we offer a personal home shopper experience where you identify the homes of interest and we send you a guided home tour video of them.

6. Rebate Homes
 For Registered-Plus users, we offer a flat panel TV or a $1500 buyer credit (buyer's choice) on qualifying homes.

7. County-wide access to foreclosures
 For our Registered-Plus users interested in foreclosures, we provide access to the entire list of trustee sales and bank-owned properties.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't have an account yet. Can I go directly to Registered-Plus?
Yes, you can skip over the regular registration process, but the creation of your account will get delayed until we have the chance to follow up with you. After filling out the form, we recommend that you go ahead and register anyway so that you have access to more information immediately.

I have already Registered. Why do I need to fill out this form?
Registering allows us to give access to certain kinds of public data (e.g., site-specific foreclosure information). That process is complete;y automated, and anyone with a valid email address can submit it for a registered account.

When we upgrade your account, we are giving you access to information that is NOT available anywhere else (e.g., Value Picks lists, Fixer lists, etc.). The only way that we can make sure that YOU have this information and your home shopping COMPETITORS do not is to further restrict it to just our clients. Many, many real estate agents realize that we have created resources that they want to use for servicing their clients, and, consequently, they try to gain access to our sites. Because we NEVER give an agent access to our Registered-Plus resources, that means that YOU have an advantage over thousands of other home shoppers and their agents.
